Our Amazon Robotics HR organization, known as RoboHR, is a dynamic, forward thinking team tasked with merging people and technology to deliver exceptional business results. To do so, the leaders of this team must take the best of our Amazon Fulfillment fundamentals and innovate in a manner that drives process efficiency, accelerates HR development, enables leader effectiveness, and improves employee experience.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter with a background in operational excellence projects and methodologies to join this team.
An ideal candidate would be able to work with a dynamic stakeholder network of Operations, HR, & Finance professionals as well as our Global HR ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System).
Able to drive continuous improvement both at their site and in coordination with their peers in the network.
With a coordinated bias for action, you will need to understand our highest priorities for flawless execution.
Identify associate, business, & HR team pain points.
Leverage every facet of data and communication to drive operational excellence and standardization of employee lifecycle processes, platforms and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
MBA Degree or equivalent Masters level degree
4
years of industry or military experience in the operations, finance, engineering, people analytics, or similar analytic fields
Preferred Qualifications
Analytical and organization skills and ability to influence senior leaders based on findings
Experience working with data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, Cognos)
Ability to understand business goals, system platforms & processes, recommend new approaches to effect standardization in an ambiguous, results-drive environment
Work in team environment to discuss trends and develop and drive the implementation of new solutions
Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement; Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements with specific skills in Kaizen methodologies.
Six Sigma Certification
Strong project management and analytical skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution, analysis and achievement of the right results.
Drive continuous improvement, defect reduction, standard work and culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible hands-on leadership.
Bias for action and passion for rolling up sleeves and doing what it takes to get it done

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
