Cable Technician

Outsource, a national leader in the structured cabling industry, is currently looking for a Cable Technician in Shakopee, MN for a contract opportunity starting as soon as possible. Candidates can be entry level cable pullers or have experience in terminations, cable pulling, as well as racking of cabinets and wiring diagrams.
What we are looking for:
Cable pulling experience
Experience pulling and terminating Cat 5/Cat 6 cable
Experience wiring 110 and 66 blocks
Experience working with MDF/IDF closets including building of racks and installation/wiring of patch panels
Candidates that can work independently and within a team environment.
Understanding of how all systems integrate in a commercial environment.
Requirements:
You must be able to pass a background check, reference check and drug screen.
You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
Own your own basic hand tools including snips and punch downs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
