Position Summary:
This key role is to achieve significant long term sales growth and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts in the Heavy Vehicle and Off-road (HVOR), sensor and operator controls business; Responsible for all business development and sales at assigned HVOR accounts and achieving significant sales and profit growth to meet or exceed goals set by the Sales Manager while achieving superior supplier ratings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the overall customer relationship with assigned HVOR accounts.
Develop long term, strategic relationships with key decision makers at assigned accounts.
Develop strategic supply relationship with customer, targeting exclusive partner level relationship for all HVOR, sensor and operator controls, as well as advanced systems.
Leads HVOR team to achieve superior supplier performance ratings as part of customer intimacy model execution.
Achieve significant sales and profit growth to meet or exceed goal set by Sales Manager.
Actively manage sales funnel to achieve new program wins to drive future sales growth to meet or exceed goal set by Sales Manager.
Leads the development and is fully responsible for the deployment of the multi generation product plan and account plan for the assigned accounts.
Leads HVOR team to the successful execution of the account plan.
Works as primary contact for assigned account(s), including engineering, purchasing, quality,

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
