Sensata Technologies is currently seeking a
Program/Project Manager (PM)
to lead teams in new product development from concept to production, lead change management projects, and lead cost reduction initiatives. This individual will be an integral member of our rapidly growing HVOR group. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to execute business plans and strategies through effective planning, strategy development, and operational tactics. The company is looking for a strong business / program management professional ideally with an engineering background and a demonstrated track record for program execution, operations management, customer management, and profit improvement. The Program/Project Manager must be an effective leader of cross-functional, global teams. Additionally, this individual must be able to effectively leverage global teams to drive execution to the committed goals.
The Program/Project Manager (PM) will lead a cross-functional project team establishing a detailed project plan, project goals, and actions/initiatives, and driving the necessary changes to ensure achievement of financial and non-financial metrics. The PM will also connect the Sensata manufacturing team to launch new products flawlessly. The candidate must be able to guide their team to make decisions that shape the success of highly visible projects. The position offers a great opportunity to work withEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
