This position is responsible for assisting in the full scope of activities required to sustain our company's batch mixing, shipping & receiving, and quality control programs.They pick, measure, mix, and fill batches up to 200 gallons. Also maintains inventory, unloads organizes, and stores raw material stock. In addition (s)he will perform scheduled maintenance activities and keep the facilities, equipment, and control systems in ready-to-use condition.
Accountabilities:
Quality control data entry, creating and filing standard panels
Sampling, sprraying, and testing paint specimens
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Dispensing includes shaking, stocking, pulling, mixing, and filling liquid products.
Maintains inventory of raw materials
Safely and effectively use different types of paint blending tools
Load/unload trucks
Can accurately follow a written work order
Must be able to respond to after-hours critical projects
