For Machinists $3,000 sign-on bonus:
After hired on $1,500 to be paid at 6 months/ $1,500 to be paid at 1 Year. Non-agency/ direct-hire candidates are eligible.Experienced Candidates Starting pay range:
$30-$40/hour Entry Level Candidates will be considered starting at $24/hour The CNC Machinist:
Weekend Shift is responsible for producing parts to specifications using machine tools, hand tools, and inspection equipment. The machinist will:
o Load and unload machines o Change tools o Set up CNC machines (Haas, Mazak, Doosan) o Perform offsets o Edit G and M codes o Perform secondary duties (broach, buffer, deburr, grind, etc.) o Inspect parts o Perform general maintenance on machines o Other duties as assignedThe days and times for Weekend Shift are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:
00am-6:

Education / Experienceo High school diploma or equivalento Minimum 3 years experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilitieso Basic computer skillso Basic math skills (standard and metric)o Basic knowledge of hand tools and power toolso Ability to follow work instructions accuratelyo Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal) o Ability to work well independently as well as with otherso Have attention to detailo Ability to multi-tasko Ability to proficiently read and write in English o Ability to follow all safety rules o Ability to work independently without guidanceo Basic understanding of inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)o Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code and ability to write basic programso Knowledge of machine operationso Ability to operate craneo Ability to read and understand a blueprint, tolerances, and drafting symbols related to machiningo Experience with Haas, Mazak and Doosan equipment is a pluso Ability to do machining problem solvingo Ability to solve tooling issuesPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
