My Brothers' Keeper is searching for Direct Support Professional staff to work in our programs IHS (Individualized Home Supports) program.
Our programs provide guidance and support to our individuals who live independently, but may need assistance in some areas of daily living.
This may include assistance with but is not limited to assisting the individual with scheduling and maintaining their appointments; finding employment; household management; light household cleaning; budgeting finances; community activities; and promoting healthy relationships and self-sufficiency.
As a staff, you work with the individual, in the individual's home on a weekly basis, and design your own flexible work schedule (Monday - Friday day shift) through arranging weekly appointments with the individuals we serve! My Brothers' Keeper is willing to train for this position, so no experience necessary!!! Reliability and a can-do attitude are a must! Come work with My Brothers' Keeper!
