The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the leadership team and other staff members within the community by performing various clerical duties, such as preparing correspondence, memos, and reports.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates appointments and meetings between multiple calendars.
Organizes agendas and sets up meetings.
Records meeting minutes and maintains meeting attendance records.
Interacts with patients, residents, family members, staff, and others through phone calls, written correspondence, and/or in person.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications Preferred Associate's degree in business-related field.
Experience in an administrative-level support position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
