What You'll Be Doing:
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our fast-paced service department.
As a Customer Service Advisor with AC Nelsen RV, you will ensure that all customers have a positive experience throughout our organization by ensuring all customer needs are being met or exceeded.
This position would also:
Answer service department phone calls, directs calls to correct person or department Schedule appointments based on availability Assist customers at drop off/pick up with checking in their trailer or going over repairs performed Prepare and complete work orders for all units being serviced or prepared for sale Follow up with parts orders Contact customers with work updates Perform administrative duties for service department, which include:
correspondence, faxing, filing, follow-up emails, etc.
Hours for this position are Tuesday-Saturday 9:
00 am-5:
00 pm.
RequirementsWhat You'll Need To Be Successful:
The ideal candidate would have experience working in an auto or RV shop, or a related service field.
Candidate must be professional, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
Must be mechanically inclined and able to give and explain detailed instructions.
The applicant must be able to work in various environments including:
outdoors, office, and shop area.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
