This position pays $17/hr.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsible for monitoring and enforcing food handling policies and procedures.
Conduct a variety of audits and ensures protocols, processes, records and reports are maintained and communicated.
How You'll Make A Difference:
Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed to control quality.
Conducts retraining for employees according to established guidelines.
Conducts audits on locations and employees using several methods designed to assis in the training of employees and aid in discovering specific problems with employees or the food handling policies.
Conducts audits of Foods Warehouse.
Completes and maintains all required paperwork or documentation.
Ensures all records are accurate and communicated to the appropriate personnel.
Accurately enters data into Food Operations database.
Complies and distributes reports to Food Services management on all cash activities, audits and ongoing investigations.
Regularly evaluates existing policies and presents recommendations to Food Services management.
Reviews and tracks trends to determine possible cases of policy violations or misappropriations.
Provides information and assistance to employees both over the telephone and in person.
Follows all safety procedures.
Keeps all work and storage areas clean to meet local and state sanitation guidelines.
Assists in emergency situations.
Maintains clear lines of communication between management, associates and other departments.
Ensures strict compliance with federal and state laws, as well as corporate/company/department policies, including but not limited to Minor Labor Law, alcohol laws and policies, and health department standards.
Works in locations as needed to improve efficiency and guest service.
Performs other duties as assigned.
We're Looking For:
Ability to demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
