The ideal candidate for this position is organized and detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls in a timely manner.
Answer customer questions.
Order processing; fast & accurate keyboarding with attention to detail Assist customers with a variety of questions via phone and email.
Assist customers with tracking order.
Assist customers with Quotes Resolve problems with customer orders.
Provide product information.
We can teach you about our products and our computer system.
You provide the following skills:
Dependable Good communication and phone etiquette Detail oriented Data entry - fast & accurate keyboarding.
Good computer skills Stable work history A sincere desire to do what is best for the company and customer Lead by example and work well as part of a team A positive, respectful and professional attitude Ability to multi task, problem solve and do it all with a SMILE! Hourly wage $19.
