Responsibilities:
Empower individuals by assisting with personal goal development and skill-building Provide support with personal cares, medication management, and the use of medical equipment Assist with meal preparation to promote a healthy lifestyle Maintain accurate and timely documentation of daily activities and progress towards personal goals Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings, providing assistance as needed Provide support with home upkeep, social development, financial management, and other areas as needed Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
Ability to provide support to individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, home maintenance, and community outings Demonstrated commitment to providing person-centered support, which values individual preferences, interests, and goals High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of a DHS background clearance at no cost to you Possession of a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Physical ability to lift and move individuals and objects as required by the site Benefits provided to part-time and full-time team members:
