Responsibilities Plan and execute the preparation of units for new move-ins according to the Velair standard Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner Take responsibility in maintaining Velair properties through inspections and preventative maintenance Communicate regularly and effectively with the Property Manager to adhere to Fair Housing policies and guidelines when completing all assigned work Responsible for On-Call emergency maintenance as scheduled for your specified region Follow all safety protocol and precautions to ensure safety of all residents, guests, colleagues and self alike Responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds both internally and externally Qualifications One to three months related experience in a maintenance field High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, appliance repairs, carpentry, and painting procedures Interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as on a team Valid driver s license Job Type:
