Dem-Con Metal Recycling is a full-service metal scrap yard acting with the highest standards in environmental integrity, fairness and ethics and we are looking for a General Laborer to join our team! What you will do:
Purchase and process miscellaneous scrap metal items from customers Prepare/downsize oversized pieces of metal with plasma cutter or oxy/propane torch Drain fluids from vehicles (gas, oil, transmission fluid, etc.
) Process ferrous and non-ferrous metals with chopsaw/reciprocating saw or other tools Dismantle/disassemble or take apart insulated wiring, scrap components Move metal scraps to different areas of the yard via forklift, skidsteer, etc.
Prepare and ensure quality control on outbound loads What's in it for you?
